If your application is not accepted, you will be notified and refunded within 48 hours. Otherwise, you can assume you are accepted and registered for the Summit.

We do not allow refunds, exchanges, or transfers for in-person & virtual tickets. This information was transparent when you applied and paid for the tickets.

Generally, we do not accept exchanges or transfers.
But we understand last-minute changes happen due to unforeseen circumstances, so please contact info@wisdom2conference.com, and we will assess it on a case-by-case basis.

We will be providing badges on the day of the event.
When you enter the event, have your information ready, such as your First & Last name and email address used to register for a ticket.

Definitely! There will be a networking event for all ticket holders on October 29th called the Birds of a Feather dinner. On October 30th, there will be a Closing Reception only for Reception and Supporter tickets.
Additionally, we are holding in-person and virtual meet-ups before the event. To receive more information, contact us at info@wisdom2conference.com.

No, there are no special rates for this Summit. We recommend finding hotels near the event location (SF Jazz) so you do not have to travel too far.

No, we do not provide any media or press passes. If you would like to attend or view the event, we suggest purchasing a ticket.

No, for virtual access, you do not need tickets for it.
To access the virtual sessions, you must purchase a virtual ticket, and a livestream link will be sent to your email 48 hours before the event starts.
